Dear ENTER members and friends,
As another year is soon coming to an end and we gradually move into the Holiday Season, it is an excellent time to remember what we as ENTER have done during the year 2022.
The pandemic has still had its effect to our activities, thus at the last minute, we needed to change the 2022 Annual General Meeting and conference to online and we could not visit Vilnius. The experiences of the transition from mental health inpatient settings to community care in Europe provided an interesting programme for the participants. You can find the Book of Abstracts and presentations from the concurrent sessions on ENTER website, with video links to the keynote presentations (Conference 2022 Online | entermentalhealthnet).
The steering group has been busy preparing activities for the next year. There will be two webinars during the spring; you have been invited to provide contributions to
Child and Adolescent Mental Health, which will take place: Tuesday 21st February 2023 5-7 pm CET and Recovery in Mental Health, in Tuesday 25th April 2023 5-7 pm CET.
In 2023, we will meet in Ljubljana, Slovenia for the ENTER Conference 2023. The conference will be held on1st June, followed by the ENTER AGM 2023 on 2nd June 2023. The theme for the conference is “Deinstitutionalisation... that word! Achievements and contradictions of community care from a European perspective”. We have posted the first announcement, but please, mark the dates in your calendar and follow your emails. We will issue the call for abstracts soon.
The steering group is also encouraging all members to contact us, when you have any new ideas for our activities – and we would really appreciate, when you receive an inquiry for information that you will reply to the mail.
