As we head into a new academic year, we are looking at a focus for the next round of ENTER Webinars. To this end, we would like to ask doctoral research supervisors to consider our theme of ‘next generation of researchers and research’. We are proposing to focus two webinars in the upcoming ENTER series, to explore the next generation of young researchers in ENTERs network. We wish to invite 3 – 4 young researchers to submit an abstract of their research project. They can be upcoming doctoral students, doctoral students and post docs who are in their early carrier of research. The webinar intends to focus on research ideas, beliefs about research actions in the future, collaboration between doctoral students within the network and challenges, which young researchers face today and how it impacts their research choices.
We are asking for early career mental health researchers to come foward and contribute to this discussion on mental health research.
The Next Generation Webinars will be on the 28th of November 2023 and the 26th of March 2024, between 5 to 7 PM CET. The two hours will be distributed between 1h00 – 1h15 for the speakers/45 mm discussion. The presentations will be followed by a conversation on what are the needs of the ENTER network, how can the network support young researchers and what can the network learn from young researcher. Through these dialogues can it be possible to form a future for the network’s collaboration.
ENTER also proposes to hold an additional webinar on the 23rd of January 2024 on Trauma Informed Care. Accordingly, we invite potential presenters to submit an abstract of aspects related to Trauma Informed Care. These presentations will be followed by a conversation on Trauma Informed Care in Europe, and this will prepare the ENTER steering committee for the next conference in June. We look forward to receiving your abstracts for potential presentations.
