Conference monograph from ENTER's first 2 conferences. Contains the presentations from conferences held on 14 July 2000 in London and on 22 June 2001 in Paris. The themes reflect the spirit of the age - reform of mental health services, introduction of case management and the challenges that governments and health systems now confront.
