Work Package 7: Facilitating User Access to Learning and Work opportunities
Objective:
- To assist each demonstration site to address the social exclusion of identified service users or other identified socially excluded group through creating locally specific employment opportunities in the design, delivery and development of mental health education, training and mental health service delivery
- To assist each demonstration site in the initiation of such locally specified employment opportunities
- To identify barriers to service user participation in training and mental health service delivery
- To identify key factors contributing to the elimination of such barriers
- In collaboration with all demonstration sites to identify locally specific systems of service user support and supervision
- To assist all demonstration sites in identifying career development plans for locally identified service users or other identified group
