Work Package 5: Insight into Demand for Learning

Objective: The purpose of WP5 is to assess capability-based personal and organisational learning needs, which will enable an assessment of:

1. The learning needs of mental health service users, or other disadvantaged groups identified by demonstration sites
2. Capability-based Organisational Learning Needs Analysis
3. Service gaps and /or deficiencies
4. Social inclusion opportunities for mental health service users or other identified excluded groups identified by demonstration sites
