Aim of training  
  • Clarify competences and wishes for employment
  • Preparing to find work
  • How to handle being at work
Length   5 modules each lasting 3 hours
Overall purpose of training  

The overall purpose is to give the participants tools to clarify their job aspirations and the competences they have.

Thisis done by practising situations that lead to finding a job and situations occuring when working.

Trainers   A team of trainers: 1 with user experience and one withou. Preferably with knowledge of the local labour market.
