Length  

6 days – 9.75 hours

  • lecture: 1 day, 60 min.
  • workshops: 5 days, 105 min. per day

Overall purpose of training  

the short run purpose of the training is to increase the sense of control, give tools to cope with stigma and improve awareness of positive resources.
In a long run empowering the participants by lifolong learning.


Trainers  

Three trainers: two mental health staff, one with user experiences.
