Target Group  

Employers & colleges in the workplace.
Especially within mental health services
Aim of training  

Preparing the work place to employ people with user experience.

  • Getting the top management on board
  • Introduction to the organisation
Length  

Duration 15 hours which can be administered according to local needs. Program contains 5 modules/elements lasting 3 hours each.
Overall purpose of training  

To ensure that people with mental health illnesses can participate in the labour market to the best of their abilities.
Trainers  

Two trainers; 1 with user experience & 1 professional. If possible both having knowledge about the labour market.
