The EMILIA project developed 11 training packages which have been implemented in various forms in the demonstration sites. Below are the 11 packages, by clicking on a package you can read more.

All the original packages and an "EMILIA Training" will be available on www.emiliatraining.net after the 1st March 2010.

      Aims to prepare the work place prior to employing people with user experience.

  Aims are to encourge empowerment and lifelong learning.   Aims to give famlies the necessary communication skills, work constructively with conflicts and equip them with tools for coping with work related stress.

  To enable users and their family members/caretakers to
understand the process of traumatisation, the psycho-biological and behavioural consequences of trauma.
  Aims amongst other things to assess and develop consultancy and leadership skills in providing a service user perspective in service.

  Aims to provide people who use mental health services with an opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and experience in research methods.

 

Aims to clarify competences and wishes for employment, preparing to find work and how to hadle being at work.


  To equip to the user with tools for the construction of a sensitive and effective social network, as well as to belong to such network of an active and significant way.   Approach. It emphasises a process of identifying the strengths, achievements and aspirations of the participant.

  Aims at preventing suicide among mental health care users and to sitmulate and support self-help of mental health care with SMI users in suicide prevention.
