The program runs over 5 days, each approxiamtely 2 to 3 hours long including breaks.

The program is designed to be as inetractive as possible containh 3 levels:

1. Knowledge where relevant theories and subjects are presented
2. Doing where the knowledge is put into action which also includes role playing different situations.
3. Reflection where what has been learned and done is related to the participants everyday life and experiences.
